Last week I received delivery of the Bjorn Stoll bass I chose during my visit to your shop in April. It arrived in good shape and I have been enjoying it very much. The Fishman full circle pickup you recommended does indeed reproduce faithfully the sound whether bowed or pizzicato. It produces a pleasing tone that is rich and with a full bottom.
Thanks for your patience in answering all my questions and helping me to make an informed choice. I also want to thank your staff (especially Jeff) who also spent time on the phone answering additional questions, and recommendations about additional items I wanted to add to my order, and making the final adjustments to my new bass. Please convey my gratitude. I feel good about being your customer.

Must give you a good feeling to ship strings almost half way around the world and have a totally satisfied customer in approximately 4 days. Thanks again. These strings went straight on no problems. They sound great, nice and clean and tight. They are a great replacement for my OLD set of Thomastik Spirocore. Very similar in some ways but just that bit brighter, tighter etc.
I've saved $68 bucks Australian buying them direct, even with shipping. On what they retail for here. The Crank is great too. Thanks once again.
Just out of interest, is San Juan in California? Or am I'm completely wrong?

Dear Lemur Music,
I've been working with my bass since your fine repair, and the installation of the new ebony and brass endpin, rolling wheel, and the Fishman Full Circle pickup. My bass sounds great. Actually, it sounds MUCH better than it did before the repair -the new ebony endpin has made a big difference in the tone and volume of my bass -particularly in the low end, which now has a larger sounding low end, and this addition has almost completely removed the wolf tone. The tone of my bass is now warmer and more even. With the combination of my broken-in Heritage strings and new endpin, I'm getting the best sound I've ever had, with a strength and lushness in the lower register that I never had before.
Typical of my previous encounters with Lemur Music, I came away with a major improvement in tone, thanks to your resident bass guru, Jerry, the wonderful Toni, and the experienced and friendly custom/repair shop staff - who are so professional.

We got the Sunrise Bass tonight. It really turned out very nicely. It plays and sounds much better than basses we played that were much more expensive. It is perfect for my 7th grade son.

To Lemur,
Last Monday (September 23rd), I called and was able to purchase the bass bow that I needed – over the phone, sight unseen. It arrived as promised on Wednesday (in SE Georgia, no mean feat!!!) and it is everything that I wanted and described to your bow expert (whose name escapes me but apparently has the initials “TB”).
I wanted to let you know that I am thrilled with it, that it plays beautifully, and I used it in concert last evening to play Dvorak’s New World symphony. It delivered the sound and strength I needed.
