They select and test sticks using the Lucci Meter developed in Cremona to measure wood density, hardness, and consistency of character. This enables the bow makers to choose sticks that are strong and firm yet flexible enough to fit the design specifications Lemur Music has requested.
Ary French model pernambuco bows are available in two sizes, 4/4 size and ¾ size. Ary Germany model pernambuco bows are available in one size, 4/4 size.

ARY Nickel Silver French Style Double Bass Bow (AB 210 F)

The ARY 500 French Model Pernambuco Bow has a well proportioned frog to allow for a wider ribbon of salt and pepper hair. Ary uses their trademark deep cherry color on these nickel silver mounted bows, with "cordovan crocodile" embossed leather wrap.
